29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) NFI Industries, Kutztown Facility - on or about November 18, 2015, employees were using a spotter vehicle where one section rear window glass was shattered causing an obstruction to vision affecting safe operation while coupling or decoupling the spotter vehicle to each trailer.
