29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a) On or about 11/10/15 at the Main Road facility in the Processing room; employer failed to protect employees who removed the cheese from the bottom chute of the cheese shredder from the caught between hazard of the rotating shredding wheel when the guard opening was 4.5 inches and the distance to the point of operation was six inches.     b) On or about 11/05/15 in the Natural Cheese area; employer failed to protect employees working near the rotating butter churn (300 gallon horizontal drum) from the caught between hazards created by the protrusions (hatch handle and fill nozzle) on the churn and the stationary guard.        NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
