29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.      a)  Afford Us Construction and Property Services, LLC Working and the jobsite located at 3245 S. 92nd St. Milwaukee, WI. did not develop and maintain a safety and health program to include frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.  Such inspections by a competent person would have identified and addressed unsafe jobsite conditions such as the proper use of PPE, set up and use of ladders and no fall protection provided working above six feet.
