29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
