29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: At or about November 05, 2015 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 4300 W 7th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer had not evaluated employee's exposure to MA-22 No Odor Mastic Remover. Employees used the No Odor Mastic Remover during the asbestos removal process at the John L McClellan Veterans Hospital. This condition exposed employees to inhalation hazards.
