29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    Employees engaged in production, cleaning, and  maintenance activities at the following locations were exposed to electrical hazards in that enclosures of electrical wiring was not provided:      a)  An employee engaged in production activities at the #1 peel machine was exposed to electrical hazards in that the Flume Pump switch on the control panel was broken off exposing internal wiring.    b)  An employee engaged in production activities at the #2 peel machine was exposed to electrical hazards in that the Hydraulic Pack switch on the control panel was broken off exposing internal wiring.    c)  An employee engaged in cleaning activities at the #2 peel machine was exposed to electrical hazards in that the Power Washer switch was broken off exposing internal wiring.    d) Employees engaged in maintenance activities near the Dairy Tank in the Milk Room were exposed to electrical hazards in that the conduit was damaged exposing internal wiring.    e) Employees engaged in production activities using the Mash Cook Flume Pump were exposed to electrical hazards in that the conduit leading into the switch junction box was damaged exposing wiring.      The Resers Fine Foods was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1041296, citation number one (1) item number two (2) and was affirmed as a final order on 3/11/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3215 S.E. 6th Street in Topeka, Kansas.
