29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by an employee working from an aerial lift: Apartment building under construction; East Side, Genie Aerial Lift (Model: S80, Equipment Rental Number: 148110), On or about November 12, 2015, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet in height to the unpaved ground below, when installing sheet rock from an aerial lift without the use of a lanyard.
