Worksite located at 308 W. Kansas, Independence, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking on an unprotected edge without the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that those objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced: (a). Worksite located at 308 W. Kansas, Independence, Missouri- Employees were observed dropping forged metal pipe pieces off the edge of the roof near where workers were located or could walk underneath the area below which was not barricaded to prevent accidental contact.
