29 CFR 1926.501(b)(7)(ii): Each employee at the edge of a well, pit, shaft, or similar excavation 6 feet (1.8 m) or more in depth was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, fences, barricades, or covers: Excavation site: On or about November 10, 2015 and at times prior thereto, one employee was working next to an excavation without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall greater than 6 feet.
