29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: (a) G & L Russo Masonry, at 825 Gilpin Street, Denver, CO 80203: On and before November 13, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that all working-level platforms of the scaffold were fully planked. Specifically, employees were observed working on a scaffold removing brick from a chimney with only two 2" x 12" wooden planks as a working surface. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet from the scaffolds working surface.
