29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Nhat Roofing, at 1109-1111 Raritan Street, Denver, CO 80223; On and before November 13, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that each employee performing roofing work on a two-story apartment building was adequately protected from falling. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet.
