29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rests on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Employees engaged in production activities using the grinder in the steel room were exposed to struck by hazards in that the distance between abrasive wheel and work rest was approximately three inches. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards or specific chemicals: Employees engaged in mixing, pouring and cleaning concrete products were exposed to chemical hazards in that training to recognize and to minimize the hazards associated with chemicals used was not provided.
