29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 11/13/2015 on the roof of building #3207, employees were exposed to a 10 ft. fall hazard while removing and installing shingles on a 5/12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.
