29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:      On or about November 4, 2015 and December 1, 2015 the knife switch disconnect for the dock plates was blocked by bales of cardboard and pallets.  This condition exposed employees walking on the dock plates to an increased amount of time that it would take to open the disconnect and remove power from the equipment in an emergency situation.
