29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(ii): The rope, wire, or chain was not rigged and supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) is no less than 34 inches (.9 m) from the walking/working surface and its highest point is no more than 39 inches (1.0 m) from the walking/working surface: a) Job site, 11410 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA: On or about November 5, 2015, during roof patching work following solar panel installation activities, the employer did not ensure that the warning lines were kept at an appropriate height in that they were determined to be no higher than approximately one and a half feet from the roof in many areas.
