On November 16, 2015, on the mid level steel decking (east deck), employees involved in the steel erection process were not protected from a 20 feet fall hazard by the use of  fall protection system.    Cutting Edge Welding and Fabrication was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 666778, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 27,2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1747 Village Square, Flemming Island, Florida.
