29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space.    a.  On or about November 12, 2013 employees in production area "D" were exposed to fire and smoke hazards where the employer stored flammable "Blue Ridge Products" wood primers, "Blue Ridge Products" wood sealers, and "Blue Ridge Products" lacquer in a metal office supply cabinets adjacent to the spray booth and did not provide approved flammable storage cabinets.    b.  On or about November 12, 2013 employees in production area "D" were exposed to fire and smoke hazards where the employer stored flammable "Blue Ridge Products" lacquer, "Blue Ridge Products" stain, and "Whitaker" lacquer thinner in a metal office supply cabinets adjacent to the spray booth and did not provide approved flammable storage cabinets.    c.  On or about November 12, 2013 employees in production area "D" were exposed to fire and smoke hazards where the employer stored flammable "Blue Ridge Products" wood stains, and "Blue Ridge Products" wood glaze in a metal office supply cabinets adjacent to the spray booth and did not provide approved flammable storage cabinets.

On or about November 12, 2015 an employee was exposed to electrical hazards where the flexible cord (extension cord) through a hole in a wall separating shop area "C" from shop area "D" to provide power from a receptacle in shop area "D" to a "Utilitech" 10-outlent relocatable power tap mounted to a table in shop area "C".
