On or about November 12, 2013 employees in production area "D" were exposed to fire and smoke hazards where the employer stored flammable "Blue Ridge Products" wood primers, "Blue Ridge Products" wood sealers, and "Blue Ridge Products" lacquer in a metal office supply cabinets adjacent to the spray booth and did not provide approved flammable storage cabinets. b. On or about November 12, 2013 employees in production area "D" were exposed to fire and smoke hazards where the employer stored flammable "Blue Ridge Products" lacquer, "Blue Ridge Products" stain, and "Whitaker" lacquer thinner in a metal office supply cabinets adjacent to the spray booth and did not provide approved flammable storage cabinets. c. On or about November 12, 2013 employees in production area "D" were exposed to fire and smoke hazards where the employer stored flammable "Blue Ridge Products" wood stains, and "Blue Ridge Products" wood glaze in a metal office supply cabinets adjacent to the spray booth and did not provide approved flammable storage cabinets.
