Goodwill Industries of North Florida Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 910475, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4527 Lenox Ave, Jacksonville, Florida. Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1018268, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on July 1, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 33 Putnam Village, Hurricane, West Virginia.
