29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Barkwood 462 Worcester Rd., Charlton, MA: On or about November 16, 2015, employees were roofing the structure at this address without any fall protection more than 9 feet above the ground below. Seifert Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR 1926.501(b) 1 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 884743, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Worcester Rd and Rt 116 in Webster, MA.
