29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about November 16, 2015, employees were involved with accepting process water from oil and gas production sites. Process water is known to contain chemicals, such as but not limited to, acids. The employer did not supply an eye wash station.
