29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. a) Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. - On or about November 18, 2015, the mezzanine constructed in the Shoe Department storage room did not have a data plate, identification, or other documentation to provide information pertaining to the weight load limit of the structure. The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 469578, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/17/12, with respect to a workplace located at 2899 Whiteford Road, Suite 282 York, PA 17402.
