29 CFR 1910.213(a)(15): Combs (featherboards) or suitable jigs were not provided at the workplace for use when a standard guard cannot be used, as in dadoing, grooving, jointing, molding, and rabbeting. On or about 16 November 2015, an employee was hand guiding wood to dado cut an approximate 2" by 2" by 36" piece of wood with a router which did not have any safety features to prevent feeding material the wrong direction, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck by the rotating router blade.
