Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.: JOBSITE: The employees performing roofing activities on a low sloped (4 in 12 pitched) roof were not protected from falling between 12 ft. 10 inches to 19 ft. 2 inches to the ground by guardrails, personal fall arrest system or other equivalent means.
