29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or perso(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) On or about November 16, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees performing framing work on a commercial building without the use of fall protection, were exposed to a 15-foot fall hazard.
