29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  For employees working at 1540 12th Street East located in Palmetto, as observed on or about 19 November, 2015.   a)The main electrical panels for the building did not have sufficient access due to oven racks being stored directly in front of the panel boards. The 4 foot long oven racks were stored approximately 12 inches from the face of the panel board.  b)  The main oven electrical panels did not have sufficient access due to bread boards and molds being stored directly in front of the panel boards. The bread boards and molds were approximately touching the face of the panel board.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets to provide effective electrical continuity:  a) For employees working at 1540 12th Street East located in Palmetto, as observed on or about 19 November, 2015. At the main electrical panel the metal raceway was not connected to the panel. The raceway was approximately  6 inches from the top of the panel box. The electrical conductors were holding the raceway in place. The raceway was feeding an energized 120 volt outlet.
