29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On November 19, 2015 two painters were exposed to a fall distance of 13 feet and 5 inches high while painting the Home Depot store number 865 awning from a a Genie aerial lift and the employer did not provided training to the employee on the regulation and hazards of working on an aerial lift with-out fall protection.
