On or about 11/19/2015, an employee using the Marvel Series 81 APC band saw to cut materials was exposed to unused portions of the blade that were not guarded. b.) On or about 11/9/2015, an employee operating the 10 ft. Accupress Press Brake was exposed to a gap larger than a 1/4 inch at the point of operation.
