29 CFR 1910.144(a)(3): Yellow was not used to designate caution and marking physical hazards such as : Striking against, stumbling, falling, tripping, and "caught in between". A) By bay doors 72 and 73, on or about November 10, 2015, the barricade located on one side of the aisle way was not color coded in yellow to alert the employees of the present of the barricade, exposing the employees to a hazard of striking the barricade with powered industrial trucks.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: A) By bay doors 72 and 73, on or about November 10, 2015, the width of the main aisle between the package staging area and the steel barricade was not sufficient for the safe operation of the crown forklift, exposing the employees to a hazard of striking the barricade with a powered industrial truck.
