29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Warehouse: Employees who use corrosive materials were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes. Employees use aqueous solutions of corrosive sodium hydroxide and aqueous solutions of corrosive sodium hypochlorite (AKA regular household bleach) and mix it with water to clean the facilities. The employer did not provide emergency eye wash stations, on or about November 19, 2015.
