29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Cheshire Glenn Rd, Roof Decking Installation area, On or about 11/19/15. Fall protection was not being used when trusses and roof decking materials were being installed on a 5 pitch roof with a fall distance of 12 feet to ground elevation below.
