29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 11 Preamble Drive, Block 703, Lot 5.03, Marlton NJ: An employee, not supplied with fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below when performing framing preparation and other related activities while at unprotected edges of a residential structure's first floor. Condition observed on or about 11/19/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
