29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Place of employment, were not kept clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition: a) On or about 11/19/15, in the production area, in the shop area sawdust/wood dust was present everywhere, a buildup of sawdust/wood dust greater than 1/32 inch was accumulated near electrical outlets. b) On or about 11/19/15, throughout the facility, flexible cords energizing machines/tools were all over the floor exposing employees to slips, trips, falls. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
