The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eye.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) MG Roofing at 1655 Tennyson Street, Denver CO 80219: On or before November 19, 2015, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that six employees engaged in roofing activities on a single-story home and separate garage, with roof pitches of approximately 4-in-12, were not utilizing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
