29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: 1) Airline Dock Area - Employees were operating a Ridgid table saw model number TS3650 and serial number 034824097 to cut cardboard boxes without the guard. Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. 1) Airline Dock Area - The employer did not provide training to all employees on the new hazard communication standard Global Harmonized System (GHS) that took effective December 1, 2013. Employees were not familiar with the new hazard communication standard. Employees are using hazardous chemicals such as but limited to Freon, Liquefied Petroleum and Propane.
