On or about November 18, 2015, a subcontractor employee was operating a 'Genie" brand aerial lift and was not protected by a fall protection harness or body belt with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket and exposed to an approximate 25-foot fall to the lower level below. b. On or about November 18, 2015, a subcontractor employee was operating a 'JLG Lift" brand aerial lift and was not protected by a fall protection harness or body belt with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket and exposed to an approximate 11-foot fall to the lower level below.
