Forklifts were found to have defects, such as a nonfunctioning horn on the Nissan Forklift, #44. b) Tile Warehouse Area- The employer failed to ensure all powered industrial vehicles were removed from service when found to be in need of repair, defective or in any way unsafe. Forklifts were found to have defects, such as nonfunctioning horns on the Nissan Forklift, #42, and the Nissan Forklift, #47. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
