29 CFR 1926.432(a)(1)(ii): Conductors or equipment were located where exposed to gases, heat, vapors, liquid, or other agents having a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment: (a) On or about 11/06/15, at Dorschel Automotive, located at 3399 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, during a welding operation, the cords/cables of a Bobcat welder/generator were exposed to slag and sparks from overhead welding. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
