29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) A 24522 Perdido Beach Boulevard (Club House) Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about November 17, 2015 and at times prior the employer failed to ensure employees installing ground rods on a high slope roof were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 9 feet to the ground below. b) A 24522 Perdido Beach Boulevard (Bldg 2) Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about November 17, 2015 and at times prior the employer failed to ensure employees installing ground rods on a high slope roof were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 31 feet to the ground below.
