29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(i): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing when PPE is necessary: On or about November 23, 2015, the employer did not train the employees changing batteries to use hand protection. Employees wear personal protective equipment when adding water to the batteries, but not unplugging the battery from the charging station where acid burns are occurring.
