29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): Outdoor exit routes were not reasonably straight and did not have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways: (a) On or about November 23, 2015, at building 63-A bay ramp, the employer failed to ensure exit routes were smooth and solid. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. (b) On or about November 23, 2015, at building 63-E bay ramp, the employer failed to ensure exit routes were smooth and solid. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. (c) On or about November 23, 2015, at building 64-A bay ramp, the employer failed to ensure exit routes were smooth and solid. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
