29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system a) On or about November 20, 2015; first floor; the platform in which the employees were working on was not properly guarded exposing them to a 15 foot fall to the lower level. b) On or about November 20, 2015; first floor; floor hole measuring an estimates 24 x 60 inches and 15 feet to the lower level was not protected exposing employees to a trip hazard. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
