29 CFR 1926.152(i)(6): In locations where flammable vapors could have been present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition: (a) On or about 11/12/15, at the Sonic's Restaurant, under construction located on 947 Jefferson Road, in Rochester, New York, a MultiQuip GA-6HB Generator was in operation, where a ten gallon container of gasoline had been placed and stored on the same wood pallet/skid. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
