The employees were at the edge exposed to a 30 foot 5 inch fall to the lower level;  b. On or about 11/23/2015, at 2370 Chattahoochee Drive, Duluth, GA; 4 employees performing Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) laying operations on a 5/12 pitched roof were observed not wearing fall protection or were not connected. The employees were at the edge exposed to a 30 foot 5 inch fall to the lower level
