OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to stuck-by and/or caught between hazards:  On or about November 20, 2015 at the site located at 7728 E Central Ave, Wichita, Kansas employees were performing demolition operations and loading debris into a dumpster with a John Deere Model 320 Skid Steer.  Employee/s working nearby were exposed to a struck-by and/or caught between hazards.   Among other methods, some feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard may include but are not limited to the following:       1. Prepare Work Site Properly - avoid operating near structures or objects such as dumpsters in accordance with the "Avoid Work Site Hazards" on page 1-3-2 of the owners' manual for the above noted machine.       2. Keep Bystanders Clear At All Times - use barricades or a signal person to keep vehicles and pedestrians away in accordance with the "Avoid Work Site Hazards" on page 1-3-2 of the owners' manual for the above noted machine.
