29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot 12 - 8949 Longue Vue Blvd., French Settlement Subdivision, Daphne, AL; On or about November 24, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 11.4' while framing a gable without being provided with any type of fall protection. b) Lot 12 - 8949 Longue Vue Blvd., French Settlement Subdivision, Daphne, AL; On or about November 24, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 10.2' while framing a steep sloped roof without being provided with any type of fall protection.
