29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 10 Friendship Road, Building 37, Cranbury, NJ 08512. The employee was working on and from the roof of Building 37 installing new aluminum fascia with no fall protection system in place exposing him to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 11/24/15
