Employees were exposed to amputation hazards created by in-running nip points and rotating parts when clearing debris on and around the conveyor.     (b) Shop - On or about November 24, 2015, the employer did not ensure the shedder conveyor was provided with a guard to protect employees in the machine area from the hazards created by sprocket wheels and chains.  Employees were exposed to amputation hazards created by in-running nip points and rotating parts when employees access the rolling ladder to manually clear debris on and around the conveyor.
