29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): (a) On or about 11/24/2015 - Facility, employees operating powered industrial trucks had not been trained. IPAK of Alabama, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068535, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/06/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1307 Dowzer Avenue, Pell City, AL.
