29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) At the jobsite: An employee was building a concrete block chimney onto the exterior wall of a residence from a fabricated scaffold. The platforms on all working levels were not fully planked or decked, exposing the employee to a fall hazard, as observed on or about November 24, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
