29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn/216 US-46 #234, Fairfield, NJ 07004 The employer used a ladder to attach to a scaffold to create a platform or walkway that was just 12 inches wide for employees to work on or access to the scaffold. Violation was observed on or about 11/25/2015.
